1.Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

3.Eligibility

4.Account Registration

To access Real Money Play you must complete the zy777 registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including your Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and full legal name. You must not:

• Open more than one Account per individual. Multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Register using false or misleading information.
• Transfer, sell or permit another person to use your Account.
• Share your login credentials, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party.

You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify zy777 support immediately and change your password without delay.

5.Deposits and Withdrawals

All Account balances are held in PKR. zy777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. zy777 does not charge fees on PKR deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, subject to a minimum withdrawal of Rs 1,000. zy777 targets a processing time of one business day for verified withdrawal requests. zy777 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where zy777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Account funds are not insured and do not earn interest. You acknowledge that zy777 holds your deposited funds in trust for the purpose of gambling activity on the Platform and that these funds may not be recoverable in the event of zy777 insolvency except as required by applicable law.

6.Bonuses and Promotions

zy777 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional benefits to eligible users. All such offers are subject to specific terms published at the point of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum withdrawal limits, and expiry dates. In the absence of specific terms, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.

zy777 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. zy777 further reserves the right to void bonus credits and related winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, irregular betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without meaningful risk, or exploitation of technical errors.

7.Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on the zy777 Platform is governed by its own game-specific rules accessible within the game information panel. In the event of a conflict between the game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the zy777 Platform use certified software. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures are disclosed within each game's information panel. zy777 does not modify game outcomes after a bet has been placed. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results or payouts, zy777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.

8.Prohibited Conduct

• Use of automated software, bots, algorithms or artificial intelligence to place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or manipulation of the Platform's software or systems.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Exploitation of manifest errors, software bugs, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings.
• Chargebacks or reversal of valid deposits through your payment provider without prior agreement from zy777.

zy777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to withhold all associated balances pending investigation. zy777 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and may report suspected criminal activity.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the zy777 Platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, trademarks, and user interface design – is the intellectual property of zy777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of zy777.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zy777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zy777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any gambling losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause. zy777 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or connectivity issues outside zy777's reasonable control.

11.Suspension and Termination

zy777 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, regulatory requirements, or operational necessity. Where a verified Account is closed by zy777 without cause, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable fees and pending bonus obligations.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting zy777 support. Requests for Account closure are processed within five business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned following completion of standard withdrawal verification procedures.

12.Responsible Gaming
